We promote the group members as a whole and individually, highlighting similarities and uniqueness. We are also a space for the visionaries and leaders behind these properties to connect as individuals and learn from each other.

## How to Join

**Through Affiliation**  
- You retain your brand, your name and your operation.  
- We provide light commercial services to complement the sales and marketing activities and strategy of your property.  
- We create opportunities for the leaders and owners of the member properties to interact, share and learn.

**Through Management**  
- If you want to remain close to your property but wish to step away from the day to day operations, the Conservatory Collective can manage your property for you.  
- We bring years of experience operating in the outdoors and remote locations. We combine decades of experience in traditional hospitality to bring experiential lodging to life in a meaningful way.  
- Under the Conservatory Collective Management, your property will retain its current attributes and name, but it will be operated as “a Conservatory Collective Property”

## Our Commitment as a Management Company

We know there are different ways to be environmentally conscious while looking after customers, employees and the community. We also know that this requires a lot of effort, commitment and discipline, every single day at every one of our locations. We realized we could not do it alone so we joined the B-Corp movement.

We are fully committed to making every effort to offer personalized attention and to work collaboratively with our partners and vendors to operate experiential travel retreats making the least impact on the surroundings. We are proudly a Certified B-Corp.
